Ewin in Gasoline

Two weeks ago, it was Ewin's 20th birthday. Yeah, finally, no longer teen now. From the first year of training together, we have been celebrating each other birthday together; Wen Jie, our "tai lo", Daniel, Ewin and me. September was my birthday, October was Daniel's and then November was Ewin's. Wen Jie's birthday will be a little gap apart; his is on February.

Gasoline
We have chosen Gasoline Restaurant at
Sunway Pyramid for the party.
Situated in Sunway Asian Avenue,
Gasoline is a shipyard-concept restaurant which
serves variety of western and Asian cuisines.
The environment inside was rather dark,
the serving rooms were unique,
as these rooms were decorated
in such of a wooden ship's cabin.
No chairs, but sitting on floor as if
you were dining in a Japanese Restaurant.

Eternal Fire Flame
A mixture of ice-shake
with "asam boi", lime and
vanilla ice-cream.
You can feel your whole
body shivering in shock
as you gulp down your throat,
what to say, it is so SOURLY
However, it was the
high level of sourly that
makes it outstanding


Chocolate Mocha
Mixture of chocolate brownies
with the aromatic
Arabic Mocha Coffee.
On top of it,
a spoonful of cream adds to
its tastiness.
A sip of it will be sufficient
to keep you awake all
night long ...


Fried Triangular Popiah
One of the side dishes we have ordered


Fried Onion Rings
I love this,
crispy and delicious,
too bad, it came in small portion.
It's licking fingers good!!

Honey BBQ Chicken Wings
It was served quite late,
we couldn't manage to finish
them as we were already
full up till our head

Gasoline Chicken Chop with Fries and Colesaw
Huge portion for the price
we paid.
Taste wise, not
so much with ordinary chicken chop


Kung Po Chicken Rice
3 words to describe this food,
Spicy, Sweet and Sour ...
The rice is soft and of
fragrant rice, overall,
it is another thumb-up!

These pictures were slightly different
from those pictures I took previously.
Why?
I purposely create "shadowing effects"
under low light and very dark condition
with a Flash Gun.
The result was awesome,
thanks to Ewin's tip.
