Vicky's Birthday in Ole-Ole Bali

One the best memory I have together with these bunch of friends, is that, we will celebrate each other birthday together; doing out for a meal, hang out together, and of course, do something that will keep us laughing loud out (LOL) till rolling on the floor (ROFL) ... Last year, if you can still recall, I have never missed out in celebrating their birthday too. To re-cap, click here: Wen Jie's birthday, your truthfully birthday, Daniel's birthday and Ewin's birthday. This year, we celebrated Ah Neh (Brother in Hindi) Vicky's birthday in Ole-Ole Bali, Sunway Pyramid. Pictures' time? Oh yeah ... :)

Ah Neh Vicky
He is from Mechanical thread,
future Airframe and Engine (A&C)
Licensed Aircraft Engineer
Originated in Klang,
he is 22 years of age this year ...
Besides, if you have any inquiry
about your computer's software and hardware,
he is the man you should look for ...

(L-R) Timothy Chung, Ewin
(as usual, he likes to wear red colour shirt,
he tells me, red is very "ong"),
Johnson Yap and Dave

(L-R) Kingsley Tan, Ah Hing,
your truthfully and Nicholas
Look at Nicholas,
he is so excited!
Peace! (",)v
Ok, wait, where is the food?
For your information, Ole-Ole Bali
is a restaurant expertise's in serving
Balinese cuisine, ranging from rice, noodles,
snacks to desserts ...
Besides Balinese food, they offer
various kinds of Western cuisine;
its well-decorated interior and tranquil
atmosphere create a perfect spot
for dining with partner and friends ...
I am sure you will definitely enjoy
the alike experience of dining in
Bali, what's else?
Even the waitresses and waiters in
the restaurant speak Balinese accent ...
Lolz :)

Fried Squids with Potatoes,
comes with special Mayonnaise ...
One of the favourite and ideal appetizer,
you know why?
The fried squids are marinated with a balance
proportion of mixture of spices
and secret ingredients ...
So ooo crispy!

Ole-Ole Bali Special,
Nasi Campur with Beef Rendang ...
Ah Hing and Nicholas ordered this,
looks delicious?
Definitely!!

Ole-Ole Bali Special,
Nasi Campur; Chicken + Seafood
Ewin got this,
guess the price?
It is RM 33 ...
Unbelievable?
Let the food speaks the price, I would say ...

Steak + Lamb
Johnson opted for Western cuisine,
well, it comes out to be a huge portion,
together with a quarter of sweetcorn
and a small bowl of coleslaw salad ...
Johnson is seriously a big-eater,
don't judge his ability to dump food into his stomach
by looking at his thin little size,
I bet with you,
he is a MONSTER!
Vicky's unfinished lamb chop was
sapu-ed by Johnson, furthermore,
at the end of the meal,
he was in a jokingly mood,
telling me that he will be cooking
for another round of maggi mee at home later ...

That's mine,
Nasi Ayam Bertutu ...
Weird name?
It is actually a roasted chicken topped with
Balinese-style chili paste,
a little bit of too salty,
and obviously, it is too large
a portion for me - half a chicken size!
I hardly managed finished the food,
even though, I was damn hungry before the meal.
No joke!
I ended up staying awake till late midnight
after taking this down my stomach ...

Lime Virgin's Margarita ...
Love this shot,
a well blended of colour in this picture,
great depth of field, extreme sharpness;
and this len
is very"poisoning" to me,
Ewin's 1755 f/2.8

Keith's Blue Hawaii,
Pineapple Juice + something,
I cant recall what it is ...
Nothing special,
damn, I pick the wrong drink, I guess ...
See the difference?
This picture was taken with kit lens,
1870mm f/3.5-5.6
Although the depth of field is reasonably
satisfactory, the sharpness is yet to be
comparable with 1755mm f/2.8
That's what I say, Ewin's len
is very "poisoning" ...

Birthday Cake,
Fruit Cake topped with White Chocolate ...
Let's sing a song for Vicky!!
Thanks to Daniel,
the cake was really awesome!
Love the strawberry and grapes ...
Sweet :)

Nothing is more memorable when
we made Vicky
to stand on chair, asked him to sing and
gave a birthday's speech
to the visitors of the Ole-Ole Bali Restaurant ...
Go Vicky, go ...

Nevertheless, we made him to pick up the candles
with mouth inside the cake,
yeah, he kissed the cake!

Look at his facial expression,
it is priceless!
He will remember this for life after
what Wen Jie had done on him prior to ...

THIS!

Wen Jie mercilessly smacked
Vicki's head into the cake ...
Hmmm, well done, Wen Jie!
That's the purpose,
everyone was happy and enjoyed
themselves to the fullest, right?
Kingsley was laughing hard,
Johnson was still in a shock,
while we were clapping our hands,
cheering at the side ...
Bad, bad, didn't we?

Ewin and Keith,
plus two nuisance fellas behind us,
Nicholas and Timothy ...
Full Avionics men here,
ok, if Nicholas decided to take Avionics then;
Timothy is already an established Junior Technician,
currently working in ASU KLIA ...
Woah, cool man ...

We, Batch 06 ...
Don't you think this picture looks alike
a family picture of a father with
four grown up kids ...
Lolz :)

A final group picture before we left ...
What a wonderful night!
Really had a great time
hanging out with you all ...
More birthdays coming up,
Keith's -September (ahemmm,
better think what present you gonna get for me)
Ok, just for laugh, my friends ...
Daniel's - October
and Ewin's - November

Orchid Candle,
nice, beauty and elegant!
This picture is specially dedicated to Nickki,
thanks you, and for whatever reason you know ...
A big hug for you (",)

Many pictures, hope you enjoy
scrolling down the post ...
A special compliment for Ewin and Ah Hing
for the photos; these pictures
were shot with A700 ...
Considering an upgrade form A200?
Hmmmm ....

Have a great weekend ahead,
Cheers,
KeithK :)
