Goals were flying in Old Trafford with Christiano Ronaldo got his first hat-trick of the season, double trouble by Carlos Tevez and a wonderful finishing from Rio Ferdinand with 5minutes from end as ManUtd hit 6 past crisis - ridden Newscastle United; most memorable as one of United's biggest scoreline for this campaign. In the first half, United was almost ahead with Rooney's shot was deflected wide when the game had just entered 2minutes while John O'Shea had an open heading being cleared by Stuart Taylor of Newscastle just in front of the goal mouth.
