Chicken and Chinese Wolfberries Soup

Corner Talk: Presentation on Saturday to fellow colleagues was quite smooth sailing. Glad everyone was giving full co-operation and supports. Instructors were happy with our performance. Well done to my team members, Ewin and Nurlin. After all, considering the time we were given and the depth of our presentation (Flight Director System), it was nevertheless, a productive outcome. The whole Saturday's evening was spent on washing my car. Last week, the bottom part of my car was tainted with road tar black oil. The road cum highway to my college was under maintenance, they re-tar it for there were many holes and cracks due to heavy loading from large vehicles, especially, the 10 tonnes lorries. Lolz :) I cant fully remove the oil staint yet, but, at least it doesn't look so obvious now. End up, it took me 2 hours to clean two sides of my car. Phew ... Chelsea wiped aside Arsenal for FA Cup final. Expected! Arsenal still lacks of experience in playing at big stage tournament. Tonight, ManUtd versus Everton for another slot in final. Go ManUtd, go ...!!!

Are you tired of eating outside food with high content of salt, MSG and oil? Why don't you spend some time to pamper yourself with a healty diet over the weekend? Cooked a healty soup yesterday, so here it goes ... Simple step by step recipe from Mum, with a little bit of practise and innovation, I can boil soup now. Haha :)

Chicken and Chinese Wolfberries Soup,
this soup is said to boost blood circulation
and improve our eyes sight ability.
Furthermore, it has heat-relieving capability
