Today is the first day of Chinese New Year. The "bing-bang-doom" sounds in the neighborhood awaken me up early in the morning. It was the Lion Dance show by one of my neighbor, a taukey who runs business of agriculture. Greeted my mum and dad, a Happy Chinese New Year with a warm hug for them brought cheers and joys to their faces. They were more than indeed pleasant and excited. Haha. soon after breakfast, we went to Grandma's house, and then ... I'm home! Lolz :)

The giant Red Lantern
Red Lanterns are hung up in front of house,
traditionally to scare off the "Nian" monster
during the olden days,
but now, Red Lanterns are merely
for decoratives and as a symbol
of good luck and happiness
Dad is off today,
most probably we are going out
to my uncle's place.
So many foodies goodies to eat,
love'em all!
Lolz :)
