Smell like ...

It was my first time having class at MAS Complex A. We have to study here as METC has been crowded and packed with the arrival of new trainees. Classes have been rescheduled and this week is our turn to have our classes over Complex A. Honestly, studying here is not so comfortable as in METC. Well, the air conditioners in class2 (complex A) are not very cold and it become stuffy when everyone is in the room, even though only 23 of us in Avionics class. Then, out of sudden the water from the ceiling leaked and wet my uniforms. Arrggg ... Some more, my sensitive nose started to sense some unpleasant odors halfway during the class. After searching wildly like a mad man, I finally found one of my colleague had taken off her shoes!! Wait, did you mean her? Yes, is a her!! Yuck ... I could not hardly bear the 'smell' till 430pm when the class ended. Wuuuu .... Huge relief!!

Jump Start ... Help!!

As daily routine, after training, we all walk to car-park and head home especially during this time where all the Muslims friends are rushing home to prepare for their 'buka puasa'. As I had sent my car for service early in the morning, so I need Wen Jie's help to send me to the Perodua Panel Workshop to collect my car. when everyone had gone their way, I saw my insrtuctor, Mr Badarul (abg Bad) went around asking for car jumper cables. Not his car, but actually he was helping our Avionics Lab Assistant, Mr Zul to find someone to 'jump-start' his car because the car's battery had gone flat. Reason, because Mr Zul had forgotten to switch off his car's lights this morning. Wow ... Here come Mr Konas, my Avionics's instructor. He is natural cheerful man with lots of jokes and ideas. He is good in electrical circuit, so he tried his magical touch, trying to resurrect the car, but all his efforts were in vain. We also couldnt push the car to start the engine because Mr Zul's car is an automatic car. Ooh... now I know. Haha ... Abg Bad called Mr Misni, our Workshop Manager to ask for jumper cable, unfortunately he also did not have any. Oh my God! Finally, Abg Bad thought of Mr Au, our Training Manager, who turned out to be the saviour ... Lucky ... Mr Au is one of my favourite instructor because he can really teach well, clear and systematic. I have been learning a lot of things from him especially on the technical side of aircraft's system. Within a minute, we connected Mr Zul's car to Wen Jie's car and jump-started it, then engine started. Wow, miracle ... eeh, how it works? Full of curiosity, I asked Abg Bad, an electrical man also, what actually happened? He explained: " Jump start is like connecting a serviceable battery to the worn-out battery in parallel. Using the voltage from the serviceable battery, a working voltage is applied to create spark over the spark plug to start the engine. Once the engine has started, the alternator will change back the worn-out battery." Ooh, that's how it works. I see, I see. I also learn some new things about car today, such as function of voltage stabilizer, a 'current amplifier' and typical engine servicing procedures.. Being a technical man as future engineer, we should have learned and understood how the systems worked not only in aeroplane but also car as well. Wow ... Thanks Abg Bad, i have learned something new today ...

Br-Unch (~,^)

This morning, I sent my car for its first scheduled service at Perodua Panel Workshop in Subang Perdana. It was raining cats and dogs outside, causing a temporary halt in traffic. My 'brother', Wen Jie followed me back to back in order to pick me up as I gonna left my car there for service before I picked up after working hours. After all the procedures had done, Wen Jie brought me for a Br-Unch (breakfast + lunch) at a shop called Lim Yong Restaurant. Both of us have never been to this shop, so I was joking with Wen Jie that if the food were not delicious and worth it, I will ask him to pay for my shares. Haha :-) We sat down and ordered our food, mine was 'Kam Hiong Chicken Mee' and Wen Jie got himself 'Claypot Tom Yam Lo Shu Fan'. Attracted by their name, we decided to give a try. We purposely ordered two different food because we wanna tried variety of tastes. We used to do that also whenever we went out for 'food hunting'. I have to say Wen Jie is my best food-pal because he always bring me around the town to try new recipes. Wew! The top left corner is Wen Jie's Tom Yam and the right corner is mine, 'Kam Hiong Chicken Mee' ... After tasting the food, definitely we gave them a thump-up. Worth it at reasonable price with great taste. The Tom Yam is very delicious, especially its spicy and sour flavour. Huh, very 'kau kau' man ... My 'Kam Hion Chicken Mee' is not too bad. The mee is nothing special but its chicken is tasty that it uses some herbs alongside the curry leaves which add to its combination tastes of sweet, spicy and with a little salty. In short, once you have tried them, the flavours will stay inside your mouth for quite some time. in our rating, we give 7 out of 10 points for the food. Worth trying ... We will be back, Restaurant Lim Yong!!

Ronaldo saved the day ...

Marking his 100th appearance for United, Christiano Ronaldo made it a sweet memory as he steered United to another 1-0 win over Birmingham City in St Andrew. With Arsenal also managed to overcome West Ham with the same scoreline, the win proved to be vital to keep United on course for the EPL title challenge. Nevertheless, Birmingham City looked to be a better side, as they put up a fiercesome attacking gameplay. If you were watching the game, you would definitely shouted at the United's players everytime the Blues got the ball, "Hey, get the damn ball and clear it off, man" Compliments should be given to United's defence as keeper van Der Sar and defender Rio Ferdinand made crucial saves to ensure the game remained in balance. The only casualty of the game was the injury substained by van Der Sar as he encountered a hard knock at his toe. He was substituted by Tomas Kuszhazk at the intervals. The win is a precious 3points, quoted Sir Alex Ferguson, " This is one of the toughest game we had this season so far, we got through it." As United's next test with AS Roma in Uefa Champions League in Old Trafford, United definitely need to pull up their socks to ensure their dreams in Europe continues to shine.
Gel up United! We want another 7-1 history, yeah!!

Unexpected Surprise ...

To my surprise, someone who I miss for quite some time looked up for me today. Very happy because she still remembered my birthday, i thought she has forgotten about me. She is someone very special, she has a place in my heart, but unfortunately she have already been 'taken'. A happy-go-lucky girl, but when it comes to work, she is very serious and dedicated. Curious to know who is she? Hmmm ... tell you later ok?

Public Holiday

Today was public holiday, dont know what it is called, but in short it is an event bout Muslim's al-Quran thing la. Huge relieved and glad because no need to attend METC's Saturday co-curricular activities. Really a day to have a nice sleep, wake up late in the morning and having some time doing own personal stuffs. Haha :) Morning, woke up, brush teeth, had my breakfast of a cup of honey oat(yummy ... ) then proceed with Physics revision. Without realising, by the time i stopped, it was already time for lunch. Time flies, right? In the afternoon, went on9 and met someone unexpectedly ... Who?haha ... Later, as usual every week, I will wash my car, make sure every inch of the 'lau poh' is clean and shiny. By the time, I got thing done, it was almost 7pm. Watched TV for awhile, a Chinese game show by Jacky Wu. Again, time for dinner. This is what I did during public holiday, a day to relax and recollect my thoughts of what happened during weekdays...

My Gifts To You

I live through my dark existence
only to bask in your beauty

your eyes that shine like sapphires

your smile that brightens even my sad existence
I envy the wind that runs through your hair
that touches your lips
I long to touch you

to hold you in my arms
but I cannot
for your heart belongs to another
so, I can only love you from afar
your friendship means more to me than anything this world provides
but like an angel you touched my heart
in a way that I've never felt before
cause I've never known what love is until this day

I know that we are only friends
but my heart wishes it to be more
so I will still hope and dream
that one day
I can feel your lips pressed to mine

to hold you in my arms and say, "I love you"
